Sorry for the long wait, I (Jono) was too busy to edit so Joshua got fed up and decided to do it using Teamviewer. Then when it was done and ready to upload youtube failed on us lots.
Anyone who has payed any attention to GMVision has probably heard about a rumored magazine called GMVenture that we are working on. We were almost done with an issue a few weeks back, but it was all just images, with text on it, and I had no way of getting just the images without text so I could add it back in, because I was not incharge of the source files. Well, Grimmjows computer crashed and with it went all the GMVenture stuff. So this time around I am going to manage the project and see to it that it gets done by mid summer. I am hoping to get a high quality magazine issue out by mid summer. I am aiming for a professional feel and look, so I am looking for serious dedicated writers and artists who want to work on a magazine that will pick up at the level and quality that GMTech and MarkUp had. I do not have a rigid plan for all the articles, so I am willing to be a bit flexible, and I find that letting people pick their topic (eg Revews or game design articles) will make their writing better, so leave a comment below and I will get back to you soon!
This shall be one of our last post on the GMVision blog as today Joshua and I have decided to close GMVision. This is due to our domain ending in the next few days and we do not have the funds to re-new the domain.
I would hope that we can get our new minisode out before this happens.
We are not looking to sell any of our hard work so please do not ask. All content will be under Joshua Pedroza’s and Jonathan Martin’s Copyright.
Much to contrary belief, we are doing stuff even though most of our site is down. I am working with the new hosting support desk to get the wiki and forums back up asap. In the meantime, I am filming another show. We are working on episode 3, and I can tell you it will have a twist of lime to it, as well as being jam packed with loads of great content. Until that is all ready though, I am working on a new Minisode and I thought I would share a few pictures.
After Jono’s (and tamper2’s) recent resignations, several very rough broadcasts, and plummeting listener counts, I have decided that GMLive shall be going on hiatus for a while, while we finish the new site, get some new hosts, and figure out a new plan. GMLive is probably not gone for good, but you won’t be seeing it for atleast a few weeks. Meanwhile, we over here at GMVision will have more time to work on TGMS episode #3, and add the finishing touches on GMVenture, as well as finish our new global GMVision site.
I am sad to say after todays broadcast I have decided to resign from GMLive for the time beging. Its taking up one whole day of my weekend and I need this time to work on other projects of my own and spend time with my family on the odd occasion.
I really hope this won’t affect GMLive’s production too much. I will continue to support it by listening when I can.
